I was unexpectedly thrusted into Robokiller charging me $69.99 for an unwanted "upgrade" I did NOT want. I only wanted spam phone calls filtered, but robo-killer wanted to take over my entire phone!!

I had to uninstall the app, and unsubscribe. The bank charge listed a Google customer service number which states it is no longer used, and that I must log on to a website...

I called because I got problems with people that send me pictures they don't come through I just wanted some help and it kept saying we don't have your number in our records you guys don't know what you're doing I don't think but it's a lot of money I'm paying for something that don't work right

Unable to contact customer service using Xfinity mobile service. I needed help with a subscription issue, but I do not have mobile service with Boost, Cricket, or TracFone.

That number was for att... I wasn't able to get past the very first question.

Don't call this number... It's a joke.

All of a sudden the scam phone calls that I get numerous times a day do not register on my Robokiller App. I use to be able to go into my app and declare these phone calls as scam.

Also, all of a sudden all these different phone numbers are coming into my voicemail and leaving these lengthy messages about a loan I applied for or a problem with the IRS.

Both of them are scam and there is no recourse I can take on the Robokiller App. They just keep coming in 4-5 times a day!

Robokiller has NO service to speak of. If you have a text book problem listed in their app you can deal with it through their app. If you have a problem that is not listed on their app, you are *** out of luck.

Very frustrating and not worth their yearly cost to have the app. Having the app is WORTHLESS!

I want my Robokiller council and a redone 108.49. I did not authorize a payment or ask to have it with green from the account.

My request for refund from Apple was denied. Its not compatible, does nothing it was supposed to do, shows zero calls screened. If they know its incompatible and doesnt work why wont they refund me?

I was disconnected I need to reinstate my ROBO killer answering policy.how do I go about doing this I need your assistance

You did not give me any type of discount on my year subscription. I paid the full price 129 in Robo. Killer is not filtering out a lot of the spam calls because I still get a lot of unregistered number thats not in my contacts so I need for you all to correct that I would greatly appreciate your help with this matter

Your customer service NEVER got back to me. I am getting numerous calls who leave voice messages that I have been approved for a loan.

Robokiller should stop these but they are not!!! When I open Robokiller app and press on phone calls the numbers do not show up for me to mark as spam.

Why is this happening and what should I do? If you can not fix this I will have to discontinue using Robokiller!!!

I cancelled online on the app, via Xpendy letter and email, and still my calls are being lost. I have no way to retrieve the calls being silenced since I deleted the app and can no longer upload it without renewing.

I have missed many business calls. Plus, I'm still getting spam calls and texts.

Cancel yearly payment on debit card. Card has been cancelled. Stop stopdeleted app on phone could not deactivate it or put on pauseRobokiller hard to get a contact phone number tried support services but it didnt follow through-I have special deliveries but not able to receive calls because of unknown merchant phone numbers not coming through

I wanted to take to a live agent so I can have my robo killer activated. Still hoping I can get a call at my phone either 215 687 **** or 267 374 ****
