I don't know if it's true that to block spam text messages, you have to be the text message provider. But it appears that's the case with Robo Killer.
As a text messaging service, it is subpar. For instance, to call a person who has texted you, it takes four steps to return their call. Another ridiculous thing is it counts messages you send to people as incoming messages.
I don't know if they're going to fix these. Probably not.
Preferred solution: I want you better so I don't have to fire you.

Very Dissatisfied.
I paid for a year subscription. It worked for only 5 months.
I tried getting help through my account messaging with a robot, then the last message was they could not create a ticket and I needed to email support@***.com. They responded once, stating they would get back to me within three days. I sent several after that during a duration of 4 weeks with no response.
There also is no phone number that I could find. I am currently getting between 10 and 15 calls a day.

- Can not recieve a call or cancel
- Cannot cancel no option too
Preferred solution: Price reduction

Cancel and refund $89.99

I won't be using Robot Killer anymore unless you take off Bend Spoon! They are collecting my data from you.
I don't appreciate that. I never gave permission for you to allow Bend Spoon access to my account. That company blocked me from paying a bill in my bank account.
My company did not trust Bend Spoon. So, as long as you're giving them my data and giving Facebook my data, giving X my data, I will never be a customer of yours again.

Calls getting through I do not want
Calls getting through. You did not respond!
I am not going to pay for something I dont get. Please respond so I do not get these interrupting phone calls. I get calls every hour of the day and night.
They are disturbing my work place and sleep. You stated that you would take care of that and now that I paid you nothing.

The app works great for blocking spam calls.
However, forx timely messaging, it's ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!. Often times you'll find yourself waiting for HOURS in order to receive a sent text...IF IT COMES AT ALL!!!'You say you want a refund' ??? GOOD LUCK!!! No access to that option.
So My advice simply call your creditor and request it through them.
They're ALL aware of 'em' !...Multiple re-installs w/continual and never-ending problems.Their rip-off tactics define their legitimacy and should give everyone the ROBO-CHILLS!!!
NO WONDER "ROB" IS PART OF THEIR NAME!
Clearly, they're EXPERTS at that. I'll give 'em THAT much, anyway!!!

Used their website to look up a number. It showed the number was positive and allowed.
The voicemail from the number was a scam about reducing my Spectrum plan cost. I don't use Spectrum.
